Obvious Really use a set of concepts loosely described as the Theory of Constraints (TOC). These are very powerful and result in our clients taking a view of their business - marketing, operations and finance - that give them not just and edge but a "definitive competitive advantage.

At first view some of them are counter-intuitve, but once they are understood we hear the comment "Obvious really, just common sense." - Hence the name.

In-Depth Review

If this reveals that there is scope for an in-depth review we will carry this out for £200 regardless of company size (up to 100 employees).

This will seek to identify the key constraints that prevent you from achieving your business objectives and how they can be overcome. The process is, in essence, simple but most organisations only identify symptoms and develop superficial ways of dealing with these. We will seek the underlying causes and the core problem.

In TOC language we identify:

• What to change to
• How to change

A "No-Brainer" or how arrogant can we be?

In addition we will only invoice you for this if you are satified with the results of the review.
