Romsey has a unique character!
It is a small market town that is remarkably self contained.
While you won't find everything you want or need within the town we are fortunate in having a range of good shops, restaurants and pubs; we have a rich diversity of cultural activity; there are many sports and recreational activities taking place, a remarkable range of voluntary groups supporting the less fortunate, and surprisingly, despite what we frequently hear, many activities for young people.
